Cheesy's been able to feed Mod Chris L some bugs for fixing.
We figure we might as well redirect him to a list next time he's available.
So if you have anything, we might as well start adding to the list.
Please divide into 3 sections. That is Bugs, Game Balance, Suggestions.

Bugs
-Leech Prayers give 10-15% bonus, not 5-10% bonus when.
-Slayer Helmet/hexcrest/focus sight/salve amulet/etc actually gives a boost of +16.67% to damage, not +15% to level.
-Slings seem to have an invisible -10% damage reduction.
-Void range gives seems to give 1.21x damage, not 1.10x.
-There seem to inconsistencies in how prayer affects hexhunter, detailed in the following topic
115 skeletal mages seem to have higher hex bonus than 135 skeletal mages
I'll try to whip up a post detailing what exactly these discrepancies are later
-Celestial mages in daemonheim have max hits of 281-289 in spite of seemingly casting fire surge.
-Life point glitch makes it possible to tank monster such as corp beast and Nex without taking damage with appropriate use of rapid renewal and soul split.
-Bloodragers are able to target Thunderous from certain angles, but "cannot see" him from others. We notice similar issues from other bosses such as hope devourer.
-Bloodragers, stormbringers, and deathslingers have the same max damage output even though bloodragers have by far the most useful special attack.
-Some thieving chests in daemonheim cannot be looted. Perhaps if they could be opened from any angle?
-Seal of Approval emote can be used to prevent damage taken from bugs in the dark.
-You cannot combine ring of wealth teleport charges at the grand exchange.
-Steel and Iron titan familiars boost equipment bonus, not level.
-Hexhunter + Desperado gives an additional 12/11 bonus to damage, in addition to +20% ranged level.

Game balance
-The balance of weapon DPS seems to be out of whack, even in daemonheim: Relevant Topic
-In overworld runescape, stab is the most useful melee style. Followed by crush then slash.
It seems like Jagex carried this logic over to daemonheim. However in daemonheim, the opposite is true.
Slash is the most useful, followed by crush then stab. Due to large numbers of zombies/skeletons, as well as the presence of the hexhunter, and how ranged/magic/stab tend to overlap.
-Tactician ring only gives +20% attack, which is never better than +20% strength unless you have level 1 strength or something.
-A lot of low level weapons, such as iron 2h, are actually worse DPS than punching in 100% of situations.
-Keen Eye Spec only takes effect when you land an accurate hit. This makes Keen eye, ironically useless against high defense targets.
-Prior to the Hexhunter-Desperado fix, sniper ring had a use in dungeoneering. But with the fix, sniper ring is only optimal DPS compared to the desperado ring for longbows. And only slightly, and if the sniper ring is tier 10. Not to mention nobody uses longbows.
-You used to be able to rush the first flower in dungeoneering vine rooms in time. But now it is no longer possible.
The update that changed this was supposed to make flower rooms quicker, but it may have actually slowed them down for pro teams.
-Dungeoneering slayer drops are distributed uniformly over various combat levels. Unfortunately this leaves low combat level gear rather underpowered. (IE flame burst defenders, golden precision bracelets, etc).
-Dungeoneering is extremely challenging with players without access to gatestone teleports and protection prayers.
-Air staves are still the highest elemental staves in Daemonheim, even though air runes are the easiest to craft.
-Since mage prayers such as augury do not affect damage, only accuracy, leech magic/defense is more useful offensively.
-Mercenary Gloves seem remarkably expensive compared to items such as black dragonhide vambraces.

Suggestions
-That dwarven army axe would sure be useful in daemonheim :D
-Dungeoneering Suggestion Thread
-Much Needed Suggestions Thread
-Available/Completed Floors on hiscores.
-Quick-start Fish Flingers right click
-Allow Camera Rotation by Shift/Ctrl + Right click + move mouse
-Allow Shift/Ctrl + click = click 2nd/3rd options.
-Pin Protected Binds
-Reduce volume of wind at daemonheim
-Right Click Quick Cast Spellbook Swap

How about right click options for the fish flingers fisherman? And to be able to see which dg floors we've completed without having to go to dae/forming a team?* Those are suggestions.

*This is on the dungeoneering suggestions thread, which I failed to read.

They just added a new Feedback + Suggestions thread on CLF, and it actually looks pretty organized. All Clan Leaders can post on it and Timbo has a table on the front page with Feedback and suggestions that have been passed along to Developers. Considering it is now only Timbo running the CLF, and there are a lot of Clan leaders posting, I doubt he'll get to it all, but this still looks like it will be helpful.

I think the whole concept of the hexhunter and other slayer drops needs to be looked at the be honest. I have a hex bow and I still think it's unfair how rare it is.

The attack style a monster is using, from monster examine.

Right click spellbook swap OR two separate spellbook swap buttons.

Reduce the volume of wind at daemonheim lobby, it's REALLY loud

Combine all the enchant spells into one button.

Allow camera rotation by holding down a button and moving your mouse.

Quick-start fish flingers right click

Make familiars never appear overtop other players

world map only openable with right click except in dungeoneering

Show player and familiar spec bar on the run energy and summoning points icons next to world map.

Can I still post here? I would like to add that leech curses don't activate when using combat spells. The boost doesn't go for more than their initial boost. The only exception for this is the polypore staff.
